Second Chance Gospel Teen Empowerment programs (‘STEPS’) headed by Ms. Fatu Massalee, MSW; is an integral ministry (segment) of the Second Chance Gospel Music Convention, Inc. We are dedicated to empowering and preparing inner city teens with adequate family support and sufficient counseling to help them face the challenges of inner-city stigma.

Our target population includes:

• School drop-outs
  
• Active students With academic delinquency,
  
• At-risk students
  
• Pregnant teens
  
• Teen parents
  
• Teens living in subsidized housing projects,
  
• Communities with high crime rate
  
• Poor neighborhoods where structured after-school activities are limited or lacking.
